Anemia is one of the health problems experienced by many young women, especially in Islamic boarding schools, due to lack of nutritional intake, menstrual cycles, and low knowledge about healthy lifestyles. This program aims to prevent anemia in female students of the Darul Jannah Brondong Lamongan Islamic Boarding School through a supportive, preventive, and protective approach. The implementation method includes education through health counseling, nutritional and hemoglobin status checks, and the provision of iron tablets. The program uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by empowering students as agents of change to increase awareness of healthy living. The results of the activity showed that student participation was very high and they gained new knowledge and awareness about the importance of preventing anemia. Evaluation was carried out through post-tests and observations during the activity. This activity is expected to be a model for community-based anemia prevention in Islamic boarding schools and strengthen the role of adolescents in health promotion. With the active involvement of students and Islamic boarding school administrators, this program has a positive impact on healthy lifestyles and supports government efforts to reduce the prevalence of anemia among young women.
