Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is currently a common disease with a global prevalence of 4%. It is estimated that by 2025, this prevalence will increase to 5.4%. Indonesia ranks 7th, with 10.7 million people affected. Indonesia is the only Southeast Asian country with such a high prevalence, which suggests a substantial contribution of Indonesia to the Southeast Asian Diabetes Mellitus prevalence rate (IDF, 2019). According to data from the Health Department of Sidoarjo Regency, there were 12,021 DM cases in Jabon District in 2022, with 9,575 patients (79.65%) receiving healthcare services. Lifestyle changes require a comprehensive and multidimensional approach. Therefore, the NCD (Non-Communicable Disease) control program needs to focus on risk factors. Posbindu PTM is an integrated community-based initiative designed to prevent and control NCD risk factors in alignment with community resources and habits (Ministry of Health, 2021). The objective of this program is to empower Health Cadres through the Posbindu Program as an effort for early disease detection and the prevention of non-communicable diseases (Diabetes). The target audience for this activity includes health cadres and the community in Jemirahan Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo. The Posbindu activity is aimed at healthy individuals, at-risk groups, and individuals with non-communicable diseases aged 15 years and above. The method used in this community service consists of two stages. The first stage involves training on the 5-Table Technique of Posbindu PTM, while the second stage is direct support in implementing Posbindu PTM activities. The expected outcome of this Community Service activity is the establishment of a Posbindu PTM consisting of new health cadres.
