Analisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Konseling Menyusui terhadap Pengetahuan Kader Puskesmas di Wilayah Kendalkerep Kota Malang

Abstract

The Study aims to investigate the relationship between breastfeeding counseling and the level of knowledge among the cadres at Kendalkerep Health Center in Malang. The study was conducted from Juli to September 2021 at Kendalkerep Health Center and its affliated Posyandu. The result shows a significant increase in post-test scores after the breastfeeding counseling training, indicating the effectiveness of the breastfeeding counseling training, indicating the effectiveness of the training. Therefore, breastfeeding counseling training is essential for all cadres at health centers and Posyandu.
